We offer guesthouse accommodation in deluxe double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with the following:
Our guest rooms come with en-suite bathrooms. Each fully tiled bathroom has either a bath/shower together with a hand wash basin.
A modern well equipped kitchen is where breakfast is served, but may also be used by guests for your self-catering needs. After a long and restful night, come down to a full English breakfast which can be enjoyed in the dining room or out on the sundeck under the sunny South African skies. Braai/BBQ and secure parking facilities are also available at the guest house.
RATES & CANCELLATION POLICY
A. It is advisable that you take insurance out in the event of a last minute cancellation. A booking with Big Five Guest House constitutes a contract covered by these terms and conditions and last minute cancellation (within 24 hours of expected check-in) will result in the guest becoming liable for the full amount of the accommodation period unless Big Five Guest House can re-let the accommodation at such short notice.
B. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date. The remaining 50% is due on arrival.
C. Percentage of the total booking which is not refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival:
D. Check in is from 14h00 - 19h00. Check out time is 10h00 except by prior arrangement with the manager.
E. No persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged the regular rates.
F. Payment may be made using Cash, EFT, Debit or Credit Card
G. Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.
